Tommy's Ham Casserole

With the adjustment suggested by others, I added one more of my own. Since I am not a fan of cream of mushroom soup, I substituted cream of asparagus soup. It was yummy and my picky 9 year old ate it right up!

Baked Teriyaki Chicken

Very flavorful and moist! I used skinless, boneless chicken breasts. Because they were thick, they baked for about 40 miuntes. Very yummy!

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

These cookies were incredibly easy to make and came out very nicely after 10 minutes in the oven. I wish they weren't so fattening, as it's hard not to eat more than one!

Chocolate Covered Peppermint Patties

No one could guess these started with a potato base! The only reason I marked this down a bit is because I found it extremely messy dealing with warmed chocolate. It would melt the mint patty on occasion and make it difficult to get complete coverage.

A Good Easy Garlic Chicken

YUM! Simply AND tasty. Even my VERY picky 5 year old had seconds and thirds. I love how quickly this cooked up. My only suggestion, if you want to make the cooking time even faster...pound down the chicken breasts before adding them to the skillet. Otherwise, this was a GREAT recipe!

Blueberry Upside-Down Cake

I really liked this recipe, as I served it on Easter Sunday. The only caveat was that the blueberries leaked through the springform pan (likely because I had to use frozen), and the bottom of my oven was a bubbling, ashy mess when it was all said and done. My suggestion, just in case, is to put a layer of aluminum foil under the springform pan to collect any juices that might leak out. Otherwise, this was a wonderful recipe, and the whipped cream was a great addition!
