outstanding! I made it exactly as the recipe described. The entire family gobbled it up!

This is delicious! It was the result of an evening family craving so I didn't have quite all the ingredients on hand and had to make a couple substitutions. Instead of the marshmellows, I used 1.5 cups of marshmellow creme. Plus since I only had semi-sweet chocolate chips, I just used a 12 oz bag of those and skipped the milk chocolate chips. Really enjoyed it!

Fantastic recipe! As per another's suggestion, I marinated the chicken for 4-5 hours before cooking. I also added more fresh lime juice when I cooked it. We skipped the diced tomato as there is enough tomato in the salsa. Used just a sprinkling of cheddar (to reduce the fat content) and instead of iceburg lettuce used fresh baby spinach leaves. Yum! Will definitely make again. Dh suggested shredding the chicken next time to make it lay inside the tortillas better.
