Pork Tenderloin
The meat tasted great as a marinade but I added too much salt to the mixture and had to make fresh gravy.

Roasted Pork Loin
I marinated the meat and left it in the fridge overnight. The result was delicious. This recipe also works well when roasting a shoulder of lamb!
