This recipe was awesome!! I'd give it six stars if I could. I took it to a family fish fry, doubled the recipe and it was gone in a flash. I used Kraft Sundried Tomato and Oregano dressing(not fond of Catlina) and Tex Mex cheese instead of cheddar.

Slow Cooker Party Mix

This is a great recipe that I make quite often. I always add 1 or 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce to the butter and seasoning and take the lid off my crockpot for the last 30 minutes to kind of crisp things up.

Salsa Chicken

Haddock Bubbly Bake

Layered Seafood Dip

I made this for a pre-Christmas get-together with some friends and family on a Friday night. My daughter and step-daughter devoured it! I had to make another on Saturday so I could have some too! I made mine with just shrimp but will add the crab meat next time.

Microwave Oven Peanut Brittle

This was my first attempt at making peanut brittle and it turned out fabulous! I took the hint from Shuffle1 and used a four cup measure. What a great idea. Thanx Linda for a great and easy recipe.

Parmesan Chicken I

I didn't mix the rice with the soup-instead I put the rice in the bottom of the crockpot, chicken on top covered with soup. I took the advice of others and cooked the chiken for 5 hours. It turned out very tasty.

Easy Herb Roasted Turkey

I used this baste for my Thanksgiving turkey. The aroma was incredible and the meat was moist and full of flavour. My turkey was wonderfully browned and my guests were full of complements. Thanx Lisa!

Better Than Sex Cake II

This cake was so easy to make and absolutely delicious. I made it for the first time for a family gathering (informing all that I'd never made it before). It was an instant hit! Thanx Elaine for a great recipe. This is one I will make again and again!

Banana Crumb Muffins

This was a fabulous recipe! I took some hints from other reviews- added choc chips and substituted oil for melted butter and they turned out great. I made them two days ago and already have a request for more. My 17 year old daughter ate three for breakfast this morning! Thanx Lisa!!

Rice A Roni™ Salad

This recipe was excellent! The first time I made it I used beef flavour Rice A Roni (was serving it with a barbequed roast beef for my future inlaws), added salad shrimp and chopped red and green peppers, second time with chicken flavoured rice and shrimp. Everyone loved it and requested the recipe! I'm usually not a fan of cold rice salads but this was great!
