Asparagus Mushroom Casserole

Definitly a winner! this recipe is healthy (relativly) and tastes fantastc! set aside a little extra time before hand to chop and slice all the veggies though.

Broccoli With Lemon Almond Butter

While incredibly easy i found there was waaay too much lemon, and just made the whole thing taste yuck, I have leaving a bad review and because soo many others liked it I will try again with less Lemon.

Carrot-Orange Bars

This recipie was delicious, I made it in a smaller pan so it turned out more of a cake. The cake itself is such a lovely taste, definitly a winner. My only negative is the 'icing' don't get me wrong, its one of the best icings ive tasted, but it was runny. I think next time I will add double the icing sugar.

Lemon Meringue Pie III

I gotta say, Im no cook and I found your instructions very easy to follow (though it did take me a while to realise that cornstarch is cornflour over here). This made a BEAUTIFULL pie, so yummy. I did add a tad more cornstarch and a tad less sugar (as others have suggested) and I can not imagine adding the full amount of sugar, it would have been too sweet. I could not get my egg whites into 'stiff peaks' although this is likely my error, as it is the first time i have tried, therefore it took twice as long to 'cook'. Thsnk You for this wonderful recipie, I will use it time and again.

BBQ Tuna Fritters

I looked at this recipie and though 'nah, its way too easy to be any good'. I missed out the onion and salt and this recipie was fantastic! I also used oat bran instead of quick cooking oats (all i had on hand) and it still turned out fine, I found a little extra oats was needed then stated but other wise this is a fantastic quick mean / snack and you would never believe you are eating canned tuna!!
