Country-Style Chicken
I've made this several times now. Each time it turns out very nicely. The chicken is moist, the coating savory but not heavy. (You can lighten up on the butter if you like).My teenage boys enjoy it, too.

Slow Cooker Beef Stew IV
The Best! My family and I really enjoyed the rich beefy flavor of this stew. WE only had to add a wee bit of salt to it. Perfect.

Broccoli-Stuffed Sole
Very nice! I used brown rice and added some pine nuts to the filling. The paprika sprinked on top adds the needed color to the finished product.
