Connie's Zucchini 'Crab' Cakes
This recipe tasted exactly like plain old fried squash...nothing else. If people can't tell the difference in these and real crab cakes, there is something wrong with their taste buds!

Glazed Lemon Supreme Pound Cake
This recipe is the "bomb"! I followed the recipe exactly as written and its wonderful. If you don't know what apricot nectar is, it is an apricot puree, much thicker than plain apricot juice. It is usually found in glass bottles..Goya is one brand that I know of. Apricot juice is NOT the same thing.

Blueberry Gelatin Mold
I have used this recipe for years and everybody loves it. I use grape jello instead of raspberry. I think it tastes much better. This is one of my favorites!!
