Strawberry Cheese Pie
Excellent flavor, everyone loved it! I'm not crazy about this crust, so I made my own pie crust recipe. I have also made this pie in a a store bought Nilla wafer crust...loved it either way. I will keep this one on hand for a quick summer dessert recipe when I need one in a pinch. It was so easy.

Iced Pumpkin Cookies
Once I found this recipe, I was making these cookies twice a month through the fall! Everyone loves them, perfect cookie for fall and even winter. They also freeze well. Thanks for sharing this recipe.

Amish Bread
The flavor of this bread is fantastic! Unfotunately, whatever I do (and I've made this bread several times) I cannot get it to rise properly...I think it's my bread machine. Next time I'll try it in the oven.
