Easy Indian Butter Chicken
It's good and relatively easy for what it is, but not quite authentic. I prefer recipes that call for ground nuts in the sauce.

Great-Grandmother Steinbeck's Johnnycake (Cornbread)
A little too crumbly, but that's great when you're crumbling it into chili or southern gumbo.
