Whole Wheat Ginger Snaps
My grandma and grandpa were skeptical of whole wheat flour but are now believers. Put some red and grean sugar on them and they are super festive. Use different colors for different holidays.

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread
Awesome. Used whole wheat flour. Made in muffins and froze them for breakfast. Spread with cream cheese. Made getting up in the morning sooo much easier with these to look forward to.

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan
I use different kinds of cheeses and switch the spices with different Ms. Dash blends. I also halve tbhe butter and add bread or cracker crumbs. This has never turned out anything but fabulous. I frequently invite people over for dinner and they are always impressed and are surprised that it takes 15 minutes from start to finish. If my company doesn't care for fish I have used the topping on chicken breasts also.
