I actually don't enjoy cooking very much, but I love healthy food, so I'm always on the lookout for simple, tasty recipes made with fresh ingredients. I'm also always looking for interesting things to do with my CSA shares in the summer!

Easy Roasted Pork
Followed the recipe exactly and this was the absolute best pork roast I have ever made. Have made it 3 times now and each time was as good as the last. So good that I was inspired to write my first allrecipes review.
