Frozen Peach Pie Filling

These seemed like it turned out really well, we will have to see once I bake my first frozen one. It did only make 3 instead of 4. Very nice, added almond extract and butter before baking.

Fresh Apple-Walnut Loaf

These were beautiful loaves. Used gravenstein apples. Really good. I did end up adding a lot of extra flour to the dough, it was very wet. Could have been the apples, I am not sure.

This recipe makes a flavorful, toothsome loaf. I didn't have flax and added cracked wheat instead. Lovely! I also added a little more salt.

Versatile Chili-Cheese Sauce

This recipe has potential, I added garlic powder, and cayenne, but it still needs something, maybe sharp cheese. It has a nice consistency, kind of fattening.

Yummy recipe! I would give it 4.5 stars. I used oj concentrate, and 1/2 and 1/2 instead of evaporated milk. May have thrown in extra carrot as well.

Taco Salad

Really liked this a lot. I did not add meat, but put on top of mixed salad. Eat right away or gets soggy. I did not add all the dressing called for either. Had salsa, sour cream and blacks olives available too.

Wiener Wraps

Having actually made the wrap portion of the wiener wraps, I would give it 4 stars. The roll portion is a little heavy, they puff up nice and pretty, but I don't know if the prep work is worth the end result.
