Beautiful! When making next time, make sure to score deep enough, my loaf ripped on the top. Also added more honey to mix and one egg yolk (by accident, but it was great). Also baked until internal temp of 185. Also made in loaf pan rather than free standing....After baking and cutting, I noticed part of the middle was not done all the way.
