Awesome!!! I lessened the onion to 1/2 of quite a large one because I didn't have quite a pound and a half of green beans. Also, I used mozzarella cheese instead of feta (didn't have any feta). All else I kept the same. Absolutely fabulous!!! I want to get more green beans to make more!!!!! Thanks for sharing.

Absolutely wonderful!!! The only changes I made was I used an extra can of black beans instead of the kidney beans (I don't like kidney beans), used turkey meat instead of the vegetarian crumbles (I would like try the veggie crumbles, but didn't have them), and fresh corn for the canned. Other than that all else was exactly as written. Thank you for a wonderful recipe!!!!

This was perfect! Just what I was looking for. Strangely, even as a lover of salt, I did not miss it. Once I put hot sauce and the other fixings on my taco, it tasted just like it should. I will definitely be making this again. I may try it though in the future, with a touch of salt and more cayenne. Even my kids loved it. Thanks!
