Sue's Rigatoni with Roasted Red Peppers, Artichokes and Asparagus
ah, i tried with this one. my friends enjoyed this, but i did not. i think i would have liked it a lot more without the arugula and asparagus. you live and learn i guess!

Spinach Muenster Quiche
i enjoyed this recipe, however, i screwed it up by not paying attention to the temperature at which i was baking. as the days went on, the quiche tasted better and better. needs salt though. i added red onions to this recipe and it turned out rather nice.

Addictive Sweet Potato Burritos
this recipe was excellent. a cafe here in chicago, earwax, has been offering this dish, and i am glad i found this recipe to replicate it at home. i omitted the water, used the liquid from canned sweet potatoes instead (but not a whole lot), and added some lime juice and goya adobo and lots of garlic and chili powder to kick it up. i fell over from being so full, my roommates liked it, and my co-workers who sampled my lunch are now singing the praises of my culinary skill high and low. thanks!
