Addictive Sweet Potato Burritos
this recipe was excellent. a cafe here in chicago, earwax, has been offering this dish, and i am glad i found this recipe to replicate it at home. i omitted the water, used the liquid from canned sweet potatoes instead (but not a whole lot), and added some lime juice and goya adobo and lots of garlic and chili powder to kick it up. i fell over from being so full, my roommates liked it, and my co-workers who sampled my lunch are now singing the praises of my culinary skill high and low. thanks!
