Fried Cabbage II
This was a great way to use the extra cabbage from St Patricks CB and C. Scaled the recipe down and just threw in the ingredients. Worked great. Thanks

Best Tuna Casserole
Really good tuna casserole. I made some changes (didn't have potato chips, used bread crumbs) and moistened by adding 1 can of cream of chedder cheese soup rather than the 2nd can of cream of mushroom. Saute the onions in butter first so they will not have an overpowering taste that some reviewers complained about. Will definately make again.

Sloppy Joes II
Good. Very similar to the one I make, but I never measure a single ingredient (just eyeball it). Now I have the correct porportions. Next time I will leave out the mustard, just my preference.
