Fluffy Pancakes
I've been making pancakes for close to fifty years and I thought I knew how. These pancakes beat the heck out of any pancake I've ever made. My husband said, "WOW! What happened? These are FAT pancakes!" I made the batter, added a little vanilla, and let it sit for a half hour. I could tell from looking at the batter, it was different from any other pancake I had ever made. It was THICK. I was afraid the cakes would be heavy and doughy, but they weren't. They were the BEST! Great recipe!
