Slow Cooker Corned Beef and Cabbage
Very Good! I made the recipe for St.Patrick's day. It was so nice to do the cooking in the morning and have it all ready to go that evening. My family really enjoyed it.

Salsa Chicken
Great and easy recipe. I followed the recipe and it turned out great very moist and tender. I used reduced sodium taco seasoning and sprinkled it on both sides of the chicken and it was perfectly seasoned. My family loved it --I wish I had made more than the 4 breasts. There were definitely no leftovers!

Quinoa and Black Beans
Great recipe! I used only one can of black beans, but otherwise followed the recipe. It kind of reminded my family of something you would have at Chipotle.
