Banana Crumb Muffins
Wow! These muffins are awesome. I'm sorry, I don't usually change a recipe before trying it as written, but I did not have enough butter so I substituted canola oil for the melted butter. I also added cinnamon to the batter because I love it so much! Other than that, everything was done as per instructions and the results were fabulous! They puffed up nice and tall, had a great cinnamon crunch on top and were moist inside. Great recipe! Thanks!
