Artichoke Chicken
My husband gave this a 5. I gave it a 3 so it came out a 4. I'm not a fan of parmesan cheese at all. I was hoping everything else would drown out the taste but it didn't. This would be sooo good if I didn't use the parmesan cheese. Next time I will try Mozzarella chesse instead of parmesan. I did take others advice & use 1/2 mayo & 1/2 sour cream. The sauce was to die for. I also took others advise & used the marinated artichokes and I don't think I will use them again. Tasted too much like Italian dressing it was marinated in & I'm not a fan of that either. So next time I make this, I will stick to the recipe but swap the parmesan cheese out with moss. cheese. Thanks so much for the recipe. Those who like the marinated artichokes & parmesan cheese must like real Italian food because that is what it tasted like.
