Popcorn Snack Mix
We love to play cards and was looking for another snack to make. This one is definitely a "keeper" Everyone loved it. Also made it for my husband to take to someone who had him over for dinner when he was on a trip and they thought I was selling it. Some times I might add 1 or 2 more TB of butter to make it little more flavorful. It really is a great recipe. I don't give 5 stars to a recipe very often. This one is deserving.

Stuffed Chicken Breasts with Cornbread Dressing
Sorry, but this is definitely not a keeper dish for me. I might suggest after filling the chicken to brown it first. I also added some white wine to the soup, but it still tasted like can soup over chicken to me. Glad others like it. (I also used some sausage like you mentioned) and still no help for me.

Steak 'N' Vegetable Soup
Soup is worth trying. I improvised as I was limited on the items I had on hand. Salt & pepper steak and then saute along with garlic. Microwave carrots & potatoes until half done...adding thyme to them for flavor. I didn't have any onions, but used a can of campbells french onion soup. Add 1 tsp worchestire sauce. Add chopped tomato. Add beef bouillion if needed. This really turned out to be a very flavorful soup.
