Enchilada Sauce
Thank you! I used a blender to make the sauce (without the flour) as the old recipe I couldn't find did and I used Olive oil. No tomatoes! Real Enchilada sauce never had tomatoes! Thank you again.

Old Fashioned Peanut Butter Cookies
I use the "air-bake" cookie sheets and didn't need to use wax paper on them.

Old-Fashioned Honey Pecan Pie
I had a cookbook with this recipe that has since been lost. It is my family's favorite. We would NEVER eat a corn syrup pie after trying this. My recipe was called Kentucky Pecan Pie. It is SO delicious, not that overly sweet taste you get with corn syrup. SOOOO GOOD!
