Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies
I guess I did something wrong. I followed the recipe and made the adjustments from SVROSS but they have an after taste, like artificial sugar. This is practically the first time I have made anything with real sugar, brown sugar and real eggs in ages. I really don't think I can send these to my son in the Air Force!!

Gourmet Gouda Turkey Burgers
Everyone loved this burger. I forgot the Panko coating but otherwise followed it exactly. Burgers needed a little longer to cook and maybe a little more salt. Great turkey burgers!!

Carrot Souffle
My in-laws request this dish when they come for dinner. I take it to work for pot luck and everyone raves.
