Basic Rye Bread
Used dark molasses and did not use caraway. Had nice light texture, good flavor, and nice crust. Served it with corned beef and cabbage and was a real hit. Will be making it again.

Beef Pot Roast
Flavor could have been improved with more seasoning. The meat was a bit dry. I've had better.

Portuguese Kale Soup
Delicious simple soup. I used some hot smoked Hungarian sausage in place of chorizo. I also cheated by using low sodium beef boullion in place of the beef bones. I used the canned beans also. I will definately make this again.
