We liked it. Simple and good. I didn't think there was enough sauce, but then it ended up being the perfect amount.

I ended up marinating this for over a day and they were fantastic. I had 4 pork loin steaks instead of the roast. I had them marinating in the bag and we took them to the lake to grill on the beach. These are easy ingredients to have around any time you need them. I am definitely making this again, they were very tender and flavorful. Everyone loved them.
