Desperate for something to cook for dinner I decided to make Arancini without a recipe. I quickly realized that was silly and found this recipe. I had to wing it a bit but they turned out great. They only took about 40 minutes to make (I made a double batch). I did burn the heck out of my hands rolling them into balls, but it was well worth it.

Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup

This was very good. I followed the recipe exactly. I used the taco seasoning that shows up in the "most helpful review". I will definitely make this again!

Thai Chicken Satay

This definitely had the right flavors but for some reason it didn't really soak into the chicken. I only marinated it for about 30 minutes. I'll definitely make this again and marinate for longer.

Asian Coconut Rice

The coconut taste is very subtle, but excellent. My family absolutely loved it; it definitely goes well with a spicy dish. I've made it over and over again since trying it about a month ago.

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

I made these without the use of an electric mixer. They came out really great, but when they cool completely they are a bit hard. I read more of the reviews and realized that I was in no way "creaming" together any of the ingredients. I think that's probably a mistake a lot of 'non-bakers' like myself make. We think we are following the recipe exactly - but we left out a crucial part. Next time I have cravings for cookies I will break out my electric mixer and try this again. The flavor is great, so there is no doubt they will be fabulous when I do what the instructions say!!

Caesar Salad Supreme

Excellent recipe. I'm not an anchovy fan to begin with, but now that I'm pregnant I couldn't stand the thought of adding them. It really came out great without the little guys!

Crab Bisque

This was pretty good. The tomato soup seemed to dominate the flavor a bit and it was a little on the bland side. My boyfriend enjoyed it though. It's worth making again.
