This was very quick and tasty. Per reviews, I omitted the salt on top. Used double the cheese & sprinkled it on after baking 10 minutes. Next time I will try more toppings. Fine with dried rosemary.

Wonderful, company worthy, a real find and even pretty with the rich spinach color. Great as is but will try with chicken, onions, etc as suggested. Amazing flavor with common ingredients - tastes like hours of work. THANK YOU!

Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style

Very good. The long slow cooking method is the way to go. Used large leg quarters and baked 2 hours @ 275. So juicy. Will always cook this way but adjust the spices more to our liking. Very moist & tender.

Cinnamon-Roasted Almonds

Great! I only use walnuts or pecans so the mixture will adhere better to the nuts. Use splenda for half the white sugar, dark brown sugar and double the cinnamon. Add 1 tsp vanilla to the egg white. Wonderful hostess gift during the holidays packaged in a mason jar. Everyone wants the recipe!
