Southern Italian Thanksgiving Stuffing
This was the hit of our Thanksgiving dinner. I used Pepperidge Farms cornbread stuffing instead of making my own cornbread. Next year I'll use real cornbread. Other than that, I followed the recipe. It is definitely time consuming so next time I'll start prep two days ahead. Well worth the time!

Fasoliyyeh Bi Z-Zayt (Syrian Green Beans with Olive Oil)
Delicious! I followed the recipe as written. Couldn't taste the cilantro but loved the final product.

Baked French Fries II
Definitely a keeper! I used Lawry's seasoned salt along with the other seasoning called for. I baked them at 425 in convection oven for about 35 minutes flipping them about halfway through.
