Baked French Fries II
Definitely a keeper! I used Lawry's seasoned salt along with the other seasoning called for. I baked them at 425 in convection oven for about 35 minutes flipping them about halfway through.

Daddy's Fried Corn and Onions
Definitely a keeper! I used 2 ears of corn and 2 cups of frozen white corn (which is what I had on hand); other than that I followed the recipe exactly.

Southwestern Cauliflower and Ham Soup
Absollutely delicious! I sauteed 6 fresh mushrooms with the onions. I added an extra cup of chicken broth and 1 diced cooked potato with the cauliflower. Next time I'd use 1/2 PepperJack and 1/2 Monterey Jack with Habaneros.
