Almond Butter Icing
I wasn't too crazy about this...it tasted too "buttery" and I wonder how healthy it can be with that much shortening and butter. And it didn't harden for cookies so they all smeared when I tried to stack them and put them away.

Sugar Cookie Frosting
I was very disappointed in this frosting. 1-it tastes awful...tastes like shortening. 2- it doesn't harden up enough to be able to stack the cookies without them smearing and making a mess.
