Actually Delicious Turkey Burgers
Very tasty and moist! I followed other reviewers as well - used only 1 egg, 1/2 tsp smoke flavor, 1/2 tsp worcestire, 1/2 tsp tamari... made on the Foreman and turned out 10 very delicious patties. Definitely a keeper!

Classic Waffles
These were very tasty! Perfect as is... and very close to Mark Bittman's recipe (which has been my favorite for some time.) I only had xl eggs and inadvertantly used 2... still tasted great, but next time I'll use either 1 or be sure to have large.

Taco Seasoning I
Very good... inexpensive (I bought bulk of what I didn't have and spent less than $1)... not too spicey, and easy to make a lot of.
