Big Soft Ginger Cookies
I just took these out of the oven, and I'm already telling my husband to slow down..he has eaten 3 off the cookie sheet, and is eyeballing the ones coming out of the oven in 2 mins...I made these as written and have had no trouble at any stage. I did bake them a little longer though 10 to 12 mins....they look almost like the picture, maybe a little thicker,, need less to say I will be adding this recipe to my favorites..Thank you

As an avid baker, I am blown away----- These cookies are beautiful and tasty.. I made the first batch as directed, and they are perfect..the second batch I added almond extrat and let cookies dry on sliced almonds both are perfect !!!! Thank you for this wonderful recipe

Chocolate Oil Cake
Made this cake today and WOW!!!! Everyone loved it,I did make one change, and that is to use cold coffee for the water, it increases the intensity of the chocolatly richness. Thank you for the excellent recipe- JCP-
