Cherry Chip Cookies I
These cookies were very tasty. Light and crispy, and I enjoyed the cherry chips. Also, I like that they are eggless. The dough is very tasty, especially with the oatmeal, and I don't have to worry about eating raw eggs!

Banana Crumb Muffins
I first made this muffin three years ago. Made it again today, and I have to say that it was just as great as I remembered. Lovely light texture. Perfect flavor. Tasty crumb topping.

Cafeteria Macaroni and Cheese
I have to give this one five stars even though my three year old who will usually eat everything, and loves mararoni and cheese spit it out and cried. She didn't like the bread crumbs on top. But, I ate half of the pan of it, sooo good. It was a little dry, but I didn't measure my cheese, so that may have been the reason. Very rich. OH, and I just have to add, it heated up very nicely. Better than any other macaroni.
