Bacon-Wrapped Grilled Elk Backstrap

WOW! This was delicious. I did as another suggested and defrosted my meat in coffee. Yeah, no gamey taste. My son had a friend over and he was like a little eating machine commenting on how his moms never tasted this good.

Fried Bologna Casserole

I made this because I had all the ingredients. My husband gave me a sneer when I told him what was in it. Then he ate and was telling his friends about it for the next week. It's a keeper!

Cheesecake Brownies

I bake these in mini muffin cups I've sprayed and don't have to worry about cutting them. They always get rave reviews.

Deb's Cranchick Salad

I made this for a group coming over and everyone loved it. The only thing I wasn't crazy about was the color the balsamic vinegar turned it. It didn't seem to bother anyone else. They ate every bit and asked for the recipe.

Cinnamon Honey Butter

My boys love this on baked yams. It is similar to one used by a Texas steak house chain. It's really great on anything we've used it on.

Tasty Tortilla Roll-ups

Super simple and a big hit. I added a couple of shakes of season salt. Next time I might add a little Tabasco instead. We like things spicy. I will use this recipe again.
