I made this recipe as an additional "fill-in" dish for a picnic. Everyone loved it and wanted the recipe. Like some of the reviews, I did not add as much ricotta. One of the quickest dishes I ever made. Will make it again.

Veggie Burgers

Made these last night for an easy dinner and everyone loved them. I got six burgers out of the mix, not eight. I will definitely make them again.

Lemon Square Bars

These were the best lemon bars I ever made. My family couldn't get enough of them. I did add a topping of crushed graham crackers & a tablespoon of sugar mixed with melted butter and sprinkled it over the top of the bars when they were slightly cooled. They looked more finished.

Angel Pie

Decided to try making a light pie and chose this recipe. Had unexpected company and everyone rated this a "5" Will definitely make this many times again. Used 2 cups of cream instead of 1 1/8 to completely cover the top.
