I left the cheesecake in the oven a little bit longer (approx. 20 minutes), because when I shook the pan, it still jiggled. I followed the directions, however, and left it in the oven after it was turned off. I drizzled the chocolate over top (mixed with about a tablespoon of vegatable oil). It was a little too difficult making shapes!
