BLT Bow Tie Pasta Salad
I have made this exact recipe for many YEARS! Perfect for the office potluck, beach picnic, or family gathering. I always get rave reviews on this one. I always make double the dressing. For quicker assembly, use the frozen, pre-cooked chicken breasts. As far as left overs go, this doesn't keep well in the fridge for more than about 2 days.

Easy and Good Honey Mustard Salad Dressing
AWESOME flavor! High fat content though, so I reduced the (olive) oil to 1/4 cup instead of 1 cup...same fabulous taste (tried it both ways to be sure). My family's new favorite dressing!

Easy Chicken Breast
My family really liked this recipe. It's a bit higher in fat than we're used to, but the simple fix is to use fat-free cream of celery soup, and use reduced fat (or light) sour cream. Add some egg noodles and you won't have any left overs!
