One-Hundred-One-Year-Old Pastry Recipe
My mother was an excellent pie baker. This is the crust recipe she always used and it's wonderful! I had lost it through the years, so I really appreciate having it again. Thanks!

Chocolate Wafer Crust
This makes a really good chocolate crust. Be sure to use the big dark chocolate wafers that are cello-wrapped on top with their bottoms in a yellow box (I think they're Nabisco). They really put this recipe over the top.
