Seven Layer Tortilla Pie
I would give this 5 stars but I didn't really follow the recipe - I just used this as a launching pad! :- ) But its still a good one to keep in the books.

Beer Bread I
Great and so simple!!! I took it to work and had tons of requests for the recipe. No one could believe that it only had 3 ingredients

Cinnamon Raisin Bread I
It was okay. You need to roll it really tight in order to get a good swirl going. The bread was a little dry for my taste and fell apart if I tried to toast it.
