Baked Buffalo Wings
From my own experience, traditional Buffalo Wings do not get coated with anything before cooking. This recipe is on the right track but would be so much better without the coating that prevents the skin from becoming crispy. A good alternative for sauce is the Franks Red Hot "Wing Sauce". Just follow the directions on the bottle.

Beer Butt Chicken
This is a classic recipe but, just a note to all you cooks out there. There are a lot of people that use "garlic salt" as opposed to "granulated garlic". For those that are watching their sodium intake, using garlic salt and salt too, is just kicking up that sodium content redundantly. Better to use granulated garlic/garlic powder then add salt to taste as needed.

Beef Stroganoff III
I felt this recipe to be rather average. It's kind of a simple everyday recipe suited for the average home cook as opposed to being more of a chef creation. I can see where some of the modifications made by other reviewers would make this taste better and have a better consistancy. One note, I found this recipe under "Low Carb" recipes. As soon as you serve it over either rice or pasta the low carb aspect is gone! So for those of you that found it the way I did, watch out for those hidden empty carbs in the pasta or rice you might use.
