Best Brownies
I just made these brownies and they taste really good. I had a problem with the frosting though. It seems there's some liquid missing from the recipe. The frosting was too dry to be mixed. I added a little milk, about a teaspoon, and that fixed the problem. Like stated in the recipe, I put the frosting on when the brownies were still warm and it basically took off the top of the brownies so it ended up being a mix of frosting and brownie crumbs on top. Next time, I will either add more milk to really thin the icing so it spreads better or I will just omit the icing as the brownies are good on their own.

Pasta with Tomato and Bacon
I was looking for a recipe with stuff I had at home as I didn't feel like going to the store. I entered pasta, tomato, cheese and bacon in ingredients and this recipe came up. I'm glad it did! It was really good. It true that it looks dry at first but it is perfect when you mix it with the pastas. After reading the reviews I did this: I put in 7 slices of bacon which I cut in 1 inch slices before cooking them. After removing the bacon, I cooked the onions and garlic in the bacon fat. Since I didn't have a can of tomatoes, I used 3 fresh tomatoes, removed the skin and diced them. I don't like parmesan cheese so I put in 1/2 cup of mozzarella which I mixed in with the pastas and sauce before serving. I used rotini pastas. I will make it the same way again and have a bowl of freshly grated parmesan cheese available for those who like it. This is now a favorite. Thanks Catherine.

Chocolate Chip Meringue Drops
Awesome! Can't believe these cookies are so low fat. I made 24 good size ones instead of 40 small drops. They were amazing! Will make again for sure 'cause I'm addicted...For weight watchers people, the whole recipe is only 12.5 pts and they are so sweet that you can even make it without chocolate chips and that would be only 8.5 pts total!!!
