Shoofly Pie V
I grew up near Amish Country, so I've seen and heard about Shoofly Pie for ages... never tried it until now, though. SO good. Very simple/wholesome taste. I made my own flaky crust to go along with it, since I prefer that to a store-bought variety. Taste best when eaten warm (ice cream on the side, if you want a real knock-your-socks off combination).

Key Lime Pie I
Fantastic. Very cool and light dessert. This is the first time I've made or eaten key lime pie, so I can't compare it to any other recipe, but I would definitely make it again. Also, it should be noted that if you want your whipped cream to taste more like the store-bought kind, you'll need to add some sugar and vanilla to taste.
