Crustless Cranberry Pie
The only change I made was to swap out some of the cranberries for some frozen olallieberries that I wanted to use up. Had to bake it 10 minutes longer because olallies are juicier, but it came out great! Definitely will make again. Thanks Jean!

Baby Food Cake I
I used Plum and Pear Baby Food and cut the oil back to 3/4" cup. My co-workers loved it.

Caramels
This was my first attempt at making caramels and they came out really well. In addition to the vanilla extract, I also added some almond extract for a little surprise. yum!
