About this Cook
My favorite things to cook
I love to cook anything Mexican or Southwestern. My husband and one of my sons both love spicy food. I love to bake, but I am not a great baker by any means.

Italian Sausage Soup with Tortellini
Very good! Even my kids, after initially whining about the zucchini, said they loved it! I made a few substitutions. I substituted 1/2 a can of crushed tomatoes for the 4 large tomatoes (because my children hate chunky tomatoes) and I used spicy italian sausage. And I added some crushed red pepper, because we like things spicy. I also made the tortellini separate. I hate it when pasta is in soup and gets huge and soft. And I never took out the sausage, I just added the ingredients in the order that the recipe said.

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan
Just okay with all the reviews I really expected something spectacular, but I think it needed something.
