Chicken Spaghetti II
I took the advice of previous reviewers and added more pasta (the whole box), more chicken (4 breasts instead of 3), and used less cheese (only 1/2 a lb). I also added Tony Chachere's, onions, and green bell pepper. With those modifications, this recipe was extremely good. I served it at a meeting along with traditional ground beef spaghetti, and the chicken spaghetti practically flew off the plates. Nearly everyone had seconds. I will definitely make it again.

Bread Pudding with Whiskey Sauce
This recipe is *fabulous*!!! I made it for a dinner party, and my guests could not stop raving about it. Also, the recipe can be made "healthier" without sacrificing the taste by substituting the butter for a low-fat butter substitute and the sugar with a sugar substitute. I've made both versions and cannot tell the difference between the two.
