Awesome! This recipe was highly recommended to me by my dear sweet cousin who also hunts and pecks around this site. I have to admit, while making this, I didn't think I like it at all.But she told me her kids loved it so I had to try. WOW! I was pleasantly surprised!Another keeper.

I wasn't very skilled with the phyllo dough. Had a hard time making triagle shapes, so I made egg roll shapes instead. Forgot how important it was to keep the dough moist. Anyway these came out tasting like the real thing.If you like restauraunt beef samosas then you wont be dissapointed.

This was a great hit! I didn't have saltine crackers on hand so I just used Ritz instead. Also made it in a pinch for guests and everyone loved it! They thought I had planned ahead. Oh yeah, no one likes onions at our house, and our guests never noticed it was onion free...or at least they never said it was "missing something". I added it to my recipe box.
