Great recipe; however, my changes were: used ground chicken as we don't eat red meat, added A LOT more spices like garlic salt, onion salt some pepper. I also used some fresh garlic (you know the kind out of the jar that's already minced, I guess that's not "fresh"). Other than that I kept it the same, I was just concerned about the blandness some people experienced so I upped the spices. My family loves casseroles and this one is a keeper! I also chose to bake it instead of serving it right away, so I just poured it all into a casserole dish, topped with mozza cheese and baked for about 15 minutes. Yum! Served it with some garlic bread.

Barb's Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins
Very tasty; however, I changed a couple things so I don't know exactly how the original recipe tastes....probably just as good! I changed the quantity to 12 muffins and used 1 cup white and about 1/3 cup whole wheat and 1/3 cup flax meal, just to add some more nutrition. Used about a tsp. of vanilla too. Instead of water I used oil after reading the reviews of it being dry, etc. They are awesome!

Sue's Hot Fudge Sauce
Why would anyone ever buy hot fudge from a store again??? This is the best hot fudge I've ever had! Excellent recipe! I cut it in half but left the cocoa amount the same and added a square of unsweetened chocolate.
