Citrus Scallops II
Just like another reviewer, I pan seared the scallops and then added the mixture to the pan (with fresh basil, since I had some). I would agree that the sauce that goes over the pasta needs more garlic.

Beaker's Vegetable Barley Soup
I did not care for the flavor of the worcestier sauce. I felt that it overpowered the soup. I would not make this again.

Barbecue Ribs
A real winner! I followed some of the advice of others and boiled the ribs for about 1 hour. I made 3 lbs. of ribs for my family of 4 and they were clamoring for more. Tonight I'm making it for my extended family and trying the marinade on chicken as well.
