I have made these numerous times- always with great success. Today I drizzled almond bark over for contrast- pretty! Plus learned how to add 1 T of Molasses to my light brown sugar to make it dark brown sugar. One of my favorites. Also, the ingredients are always on hand.

Crispy Rice Cereal Balls

Very good. Made this like the oreo balls type of cookie. Put the mix in the freezer and used a bit at a time while lettting it get firmer. Also used chocolate almond bark instead of choc. chips since we were out. Good.

Sweet Potato Pound Cake

We exhanged one cup of wheat for one cup of the white, and doubled cinnamon, added some pumpkin pie spice. Had it with whipped topping. Kids loved it.

Sweet Potato Minestrone

I added fresh spinach with the onions and garlic, and also pasta. Good, next time I will blend the tomatoes so my kids cant pick them out.

Cheesy Ranch Chex® Mix

this works best if you put into a large paper bag and vigorously shake before heating. It helps distribute and remove excess oil. I used chow mein noodles and just what I had on hand to equal the amt. of dry mix. good.

Oven Scrambled Eggs

This is an easy way to do this while you cook other things. We added in mushrooms and onions. My picky child who usually loves scrambled eggs would not eat it tho. All the rest of us loved it. * would be even better with cheese

Excellent and Healthy Cornbread

Honey Graham Crackers

Really good, kids had fun making and eating! Also an easily handled dough, and edible raw-no eggs. We even cut out initials and made homemade shapes.

Chocolate Zucchini Cake I

Maybe it was me, I had doubled this and in the beginning was almost too fluffy to eat. On the second day, was better. Kids did love it, although I think I would prefer the traditional zucchini bread.
