Meatless Stuffed Peppers
I'm not a big fan of tofu, so I substituted rice instead (bad plan). My friend suggested that I substitute potatoes next time. Just thought I'd pass that along.

Ants on a Log
I made this for my new classmates from India and China, and they both thought had fun and thought it tasted great!
