Persimmon Bread I
This recipe was great, BUT, I'm sure glad I only set the timer to 55 minutes instead of 75. It was on the verge of burning up. I think I will keep an eye on it after 40 minutes. Other than that it was a delicious extremely sweet bread (I may also cut the sugar next time too.), everyone loved even though it was well done.

Yucatan Potato Salad
This was the perfect side for my Labor Day BBQ. I wanted something a little different and this was it. The lime dressing made it nice and zesty and I loved the idea of adding chiles and green olives. I will be making this again. The only things I did differently was I used red onion instead of white, added a little bit of fresh cilantro and to the dressing, added a teaspoon of Good Seasons Italian dressing mix. I really enjoyed this salad and so did my family. Thanks Lars.

Ali's Green Sauce
This had great flavor but I thought it had too much sour cream. I thought it would be like a salsa it was more like a dip. Next time I will use only 1/2 cup of cream and add more if needed.
